Haridopolos has been the Florida Senate's point person on tax reform. He represents parts of Indian River, St. Lucie, Brevard and Osceola counties, is chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance and Tax and majority whip, and will play a key role in the special legislative session starting Tuesday in Tallahassee. He'll be joined by Laurence Reisman, editorial page editor of Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers, and other members of the editorial board.
